Training

As a Learn Direct Scotland Branded Learning Centre, CHAP challenges the culture and ways in which people learn. CHAP offers different ways of learning that are often more informal and flexible than traditional learning environments. There are various ways to learn new skills with the help of CHAP, either by volunteering or by attending one of our various training courses.
Learn Direct
Advocacy Awareness
An Introduction to Advocacy Awareness training is provided as standard to our staff / volunteers / students prior to joining the organisation. The training informs individuals about the necessary skills and qualities required to work within the organisation.
Housing Advocacy training is offered to volunteers / students who have been allocated roles within the Housing Advocacy department.
