Do you know where to access our services?
Through these continuing challenging times, CHAP wants to make sure that the people who need our services, are able to access these as easily as possible. Whilst we are based in Ardrossan, we are aware that not everyone will be able to reach us. We offer telephone appointments for those who prefer these, but most of our clients like to meet their adviser face-to-face. This is why we decided to take our services out in the community and now deliver our services in person from a variety of hubs throughout the area.
These are located in:
- Claire Hodge Community Hub, Kilwinning Community Sports Club, Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning KA13 6LF.
Every Wednesday + Thursday. - Bridgend Community Centre, 17 Bridgend, Kilbirnie KA25 7DJ. Every Tuesday + Thursday
Both these outreach facilities are made possible by funding received by the Scottish Government, through the Communities Mental Health + Wellbeing Fund.
- Whitlees Community Centre, Carrick Place, Ardrossan KA22 7DT. Every Monday.
- The Ayrshire Community Trust (TACT), 27-29 Vernon Street, Saltcoats KA21 5HE. Every Monday.
- Ardeer Youth + Community Centre, Shore Road, Stevenston KA20 3LA. Every Tuesday.
These three outreach facilities are made possible by funding received by North Ayrshire Council through the Three Towns’ Community Investment Fund.
Please note that there is no ‘drop-in’ facilities at these locations, we operate pre-booked appointments only.
If you are facing issues with anything relating to housing, benefits, or debt, give us a call on 030 0002 0002, and we will arrange an appointment with you at a location that is most accessible and convenient to you.
